1.  HWPOA BOARD MEETING – VIDEO CONFERENCE

On Tuesday, February 9 at 7:30 PM, the HWPOA Board of Directors will hold its monthly meeting.  Due to social distancing restrictions, the meeting will be a video-conference held online via Zoom.  Please click here to see the agenda.

Members of the community are welcome to join the Zoom call. Please let us know if you plan to attend and we will send you the link to access the video-conference.  Email Dana at hwpoa@aol.com.

2.  SUPER BOWL SAFETY

#NoSuperSpreaderSunday

From the County of LA:
For sports fans, please plan to enjoy the Super Bowl without putting your friends, your family and your neighbors at risk.

Super Bowl parties have the power to derail our recovery and given the likelihood that there are more infectious variants circulating in our community, let’s not take chances with our own health and the health of others by creating easy opportunities for the virus to spread. Be safe and save lives.

3.  HOLMBY WESTWOOD GREEN TEAM UPDATE

The Holmby Westwood Green Team is pleased to announce that we will begin answering questions related to our parkway trees in the HWPOA newsletter.  In addition to focusing on our parkway trees, we will address the work of the Green Team, efforts by the City of Los Angeles related to urban trees as well as resources for tree care and maintenance.  Please send your questions to Marnie Bodek at mossbodek@msn.com or Allyson Bunting at Allyson.bunting@gmail.com

Does the Green Team still exist?  What do they do?

Yes, the Green Team is alive and well.  Established in late 2017, the Green Team is composed of 25 neighborhood residents and is dedicated to educating homeowners about the value of our parkway tree canopy and proper tree care and maintenance.

For their first project, the Green Team established a partnership with TreePeople to begin planting missing parkway trees.  With the help of residents and volunteers, 46 new trees were planted in three tree plantings in 2019 and early 2020: Coast Live Oaks on Malcolm Avenue, Fruitless Olives on Manning between Malcolm and Hilgard and Canary island Pines on Dalehurst.

Although the pandemic paused tree planting in 2020, the Green Team turned to a new parkway tree inventory and data base project.  Last summer, five Green Team members walked the streets of Holmby Westwood and visually surveyed nearly every parkway tree.  In addition to confirming the species of existing trees, they identified the location of dead trees, stumps and locations where they believed a replacement parkway tree might be planted based on current City Tree Spacing guidelines.  Their visual inspection also included a general non-professional assessment of the tree health and maturity as well as parkway measurements.

The data from the survey is compiled into a cloud-based database of the parkway tees in Holmby Westwood.  A companion “Tree Buddy” app has also been developed in order to share the database with residents and other parties in the coming months.

Most recently, members of the Green Team shared the inventory and database with representatives from the City’s Urban Forestry Division.  Urban Foresty is scheduled to join us for a walking tour of the Holmby Westwood tree canopy.  We’re looking forward to building a working partnership with the City.  We will keep you informed of our progress.

The Green Team welcomes interested residents.  For more information please contact Marnie Bodek at mossbodek@msn.com

5.  METRO PURPLE LINE – WESTWOOD ARCHITECTURE

Purple (D Line) Extension pays homage to the designs of Master Architect Paul R. Williams
By Steve Hymon, Metro The Source

With Black History month now underway, we wanted to focus on Paul Revere Williams (Feb. 18, 1894 – Jan. 23, 1980), a leading practitioner of mid-century modern design in Southern California and the first Black architect to become a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) in 1923.

Metro’s Purple (D Line) Extension has a unique connection to one of William’s last commissioned works: the Linde Medical Center located at the northeast corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Gayley Avenue. The Linde Medical Center, now referred to as the Westwood Medical Plaza, will be a future entrance for the Purple (D Line) Extension’s Westwood/UCLA Station.

While the 12-story Linde Medical Center has undergone many changes since it was built in 1962, the building has retained some key historic elements of William’s original design. They include the original pipe column balustrade at the roof and portions of the original handrails.

Metro’s senior environmental team has consulted with California’s State Historic Preservation Office and other agencies on efforts to avoid and minimize adverse effects to the Linde Medical Center’s historic features. Although decisions regarding the Purple (D Line) Extension’s Westwood/UCLA station’s final design are pending, project plans include retaining at least some of the Linde Medical Center’s original character-defining features. The features that could be retained are the structure’s overall box-like form, the canted balustrade and the black granite base.

Conceptual rendering of the Westwood/UCLA northeast entrance.

1.  STAY-AT-HOME ORDER UPDATE

From the County of Los Angeles Public Health:

The State of California has lifted the Regional Stay Home Order and moved all counties back into the Blueprint for a Safer Economy color-coded tiers. Los Angeles County, along with the majority of the State, is in the most restrictive purple tier.

Please keep following our guidelines and more importantly, make sure you are always keeping distance and wearing face coverings when around those you don’t live with. Our metrics are headed in the right direction, but it can change quickly if we are not careful.

2.  COVID VACCINE UPDATES

Here are the vaccine facts you need to know:

ELIGIBLE NOW: All L.A. residents 65 and older are now eligible for the vaccine in L.A. County, joining healthcare workers, certain essential frontline workers, and residents and staff of skilled nursing facilities on the list of those who can currently get vaccinated.

For those 65+ who DO NOT have access to the internet, you can call the Call Center at 833-540-0473. It is open seven days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

UP NEXT: The next eligible group to receive vaccinations will be workers in education and childcare, emergency services, and food and agriculture, as soon as the County and State give the green light.  Click here to see what phase you’ll be in.

1.  VACCINE INFORMATION

LA County is now actively vaccinating persons age 65 and over.  For more information and to register for an appointment, go to:

VaccinateLACounty.com

Residents who don’t have computer access may call (833) 540-0473 between 8 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. for assistance with reservations.

Vaccine supply is still extremely limited. Los Angeles County continues to urge patience as we work urgently with our federal and state partners to expand capacity and supply in the weeks ahead.

WARNING: VACCINE SCAMS ON THE RISE
As usually happens during a crisis, misinformation circulates and scammers are at work trying to cheat people out of their money. Please remember that the COVID-19 vaccine is being distributed in Los Angeles County in a fair and transparent way.

Common Red Flags:

  • Someone offers to move you into an earlier group to get the vaccine for a fee.
  • Someone tries to sell you a place on a COVID vaccine waiting list. There is no “vaccine waiting list”.
  • Someone on the street, online, on social media, or knocking on your door tries to sell you a shot of vaccine.

2.  ROBBERY AT LOCAL GAS STATION

A homeowner reported that last Friday afternoon, January 15, he was pumping gas at the 76 Station at Santa Monica Bl. and Beverly Glen.  While he was standing near the gas pump, a woman who had been walking down the street approached him, implied they knew each other and said she knew how/where to get a Covid vaccine. Even though he said he did not need help, the woman was very aggressive and her hands were “flying everywhere” (touching his arm, etc.).  She also climbed in the passenger seat and asked for a ride.  When the homeowner returned home, he discovered that all of the cash in his wallet was missing, along with a credit card.  By that time, the woman had already used the credit card to make multiple expensive purchases.

The robbery has been reported to the police.  The woman was about 40-50 years old, average height/weight with long red hair in a ponytail.  She was wearing a mask, a dress, sandals and lots of jewelry.

3.  GARBAGE BINS – PLEASE DON’T LEAVE OUT

Several homeowners have reported that some garbage bins in the neighborhood are left near the curb for several days after trash has been picked up.  They are unsightly and in some cases block the view from driveways and/or take up street parking space.

According to the LA Sanitation website, trash bins are to be removed from the curb no later than 8:00 PM on collection day.

Please do your part and move your garbage bins out of sight on the same day that the garbage is collected.  Thank you!

1.  VACCINE ROLLOUT CONFUSION

There has been much confusion and mixed messaging regarding the rollout of the COVID-19 vaccine in Los Angeles.  Earlier this week, Gov. Gavin Newsom announced that California would open up eligibility for a coronavirus vaccine to anyone 65 or older.

However, Los Angeles County officials have said that vaccine doses would continue to be available only to health care workers, regardless of the governor’s announcement.

Los Angeles County will not begin vaccinating people age 65 and older until they complete vaccinations for healthcare workers and receive more vaccine from the state for this new priority group.  In Los Angeles, people age 65 or older can expect that the vaccine will likely be made available to them in February.

2.  COVID NOTIFICATION SYSTEM

3.  PLEASE KEEP DOGS ON LEASH

A homeowner reported that, while walking her dog, she noticed another dog owner walking with her dog off-leash.  When asked to please put her dog on leash, the woman became belligerent and refused.

For the safety of your neighbors, children and other dogs, please keep your dog on a leash at all times when you are outside of your home. Even if you believe that your dog is harmless, it is important to follow the law and keep your dog on a leash.  Thank you for your cooperation.

What happens to a 52-year tradition that unites Bruins for good food and great conversation when physical distancing is the current way of life? We adapt and create new ways to come together in community, virtually.

For three nights, worldwide, alumni, students, parents, faculty and fans of UCLA will kindle our Bruin innovation and spirit to laugh, reminisce, make new friends and remember that UCLA unites us and lifts us up.

Sign up here to host on Feb. 20, 21 or 27. For questions, contact dinners@alumni.ucla.edu.

GROUP FOR PEOPLE WITH A CHRONIC LUNG CONDITION

I host a meeting every other month for people with bronchiectasis and chronic lung diseases other than TB or cancer.  It’s a very informal support and information group, free of charge, which has been ongoing for about 15 years. The meetings bring together people who all share a common health problem, so we can feel completely comfortable talking about our lung issues in a warm, supportive environment. Each of us has a history of diagnosis, treatment, and day-to-day experience that is very helpful for answering our questions and getting the benefit of people’s personal experience. Even with the best of doctors, this is an invaluable service.

We are affiliated with a national non-profit organization, NTM Info & Research (NTMir), formed on behalf of patients with pulmonary nontuberculous mycobacterial (NTM) disease for the purpose of patient support, medical education, and research. The organization comprises patients, physicians and other medical practitioners, and researchers.

Our group is open to all and, due to the coronavirus, the next meeting will be on Zoom on January 11, at 1:30 p.m. Here is the link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89345724005?pwd=dkU0cnJpNFFRY1N2VUxoVlJOMHBUQT09

Meeting ID: 893 4572 4005
Passcode: 673223

Please feel free to contact me for more information. I look forward to speaking with you and meeting you!

3.  UCLA COVID UPDATE

Yesterday, I attended a Zoom meeting with Vice Chancellor of Administration, Michael Beck who reported the following:

Since March, UCLA has had a total of 992 cases of COVID-19 among the faculty, staff and students and several deaths.  Of those cases, 651 were students and not all of them were living on campus.  There have been 91 cases since this past Sunday.  3500 students are living off campus while only 650 students are living on “the hill” (dorms).  Under normal conditions, 14,000 students live on the hill.

Campus is closed to the general public but using campus for your recreational needs is permitted as long as you abide by health guidelines, wearing a mask and social distancing.  UCLA has had a lost revenue of $750 million and increased expenses.  It has been a difficult time for everyone but as of this week, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Stay safe, have a wonderful holiday, be thankful for all that you have, and let’s look forward to a kinder 2021.

4.  BEWARE OF COVID SCAMS

VACCINE SCAM
From LA City Attorney Mike Feuer:
While the arrival of a COVID-19 vaccine is terrific news, it won’t be available on a widespread basis until late spring or early summer. In the meantime, there will be a wait—and that is an opportunity for scammers to try to sell you fake vaccines that are ineffective at best—and dangerous at worst.  In the following video, Mike Feuer discusses how to avoid falling victim to this scam:

Avoid Vaccine Scams – Video

PUPPY SCAMS
From LA City Attorney Mike Feuer:
During the pandemic, there has been a huge increase in pet adoptions. But there has also been a huge uptick in puppy scams. Puppy Scams are skyrocketing! The numbers of fake sponsored ads online are huge. If you’re looking to add a new fur-baby to your life, City Attorney Mike Feuer tells you how to avoid being ripped off and having your heart broken.

5.  HOLIDAY SAFETY – THEFT PREVENTION

‘Tis the season to be…stealing!

Criminals are doing their last minute holiday shopping at your house.   Please be aware of the following and take appropriate precautions:

Men posing as utility service workers (DWP and Gas Co) ask to enter your home to replace or inspect equipment. This is NEVER legitimate. Please alert anyone at your home, including housekeepers, to never open the door to strangers.

Porch Pirates are still stealing packages from your home while you’re away. Think about having deliveries sent to work and have your porch cleared by neighbors if you’re not home. If you’re ordering now, and going on vacation, check the delivery dates and think about delaying shipment.

Phone scams are still rampant, especially toward seniors. Credit card companies investigating fraud will NEVER ask you for your card number or other identifying information. Believe it or not, we have recent reports of the, “Grandma, it’s your grandson,” scam where people are asked to wire money urgently to a child in need.

Trash Cans should be removed on pickup day and not left out an extra day. Those are sure indicators you’re not home — EVEN if you are, which can be even more dangerous.

6.  HOLIDAY LIGHTS – ELECTRICAL FIRE SAFETY

While holiday family gatherings may look different this year due to COVID-19, some traditions like holiday decorations remain the same. Holiday lights can help brighten any mood and spread holiday cheer, but they can also be a source of electrical fires.

It’s important to take some basic precautions to ensure your family remains safe and injury-free during the holidays.  Avoid plugging too many decorations into an outlet and check for overhead power lines before using a ladder to put up outdoor decorations. Keep your yourself and your loved ones safe with these holiday safety tips from the Electrical Safety Authority.

From our LADWP family to yours, we wish you a healthy and safe holiday season!

7.  WESTWOOD VILLAGE – SHOP & DINE LOCAL

During this time of adjustments in social events, work schedules, and travel, we encourage you to remember our many small businesses in Westwood Village and to continue supporting them even if you cannot visit them physically. Remember, when you shop and dine local, even remotely, you invest locally.

Small businesses in Westwood Village are still open for in-store shopping, curbside pickups, takeout, and delivery.

Westwood Village Business Directory

Let’s all do our part to help our wonderful local Westwood Village businesses during this time of uncertainty. There are several ways you can continue to support Westwood Village:

  • Purchase gift cards to use at a later date
  • E-shop locally — many little businesses in Westwood Village have some merchandise available online
  • Reschedule non-essential appointments for a later date instead of canceling
  • Order delivery or curbside takeout and be generous when tipping
  • Help spread the word by going online to leave a good review

8.  ACTIVITIES & THINGS TO DO

ASTRONOMICAL EVENT – THE “CHRISTMAS STAR”
Monday, December 21 – in the night sky
From KTLA News:

On Dec. 21, humans can witness something not seen in nearly 800 years.  That’s right, during the upcoming winter solstice, Jupiter and Saturn will line up to create what is known as the “Christmas Star” or “Star of Bethlehem.”  These two planets haven’t appeared this (relatively) close together from Earth’s vantage point since the Middle Ages.

Stargazers in the northern hemisphere should turn their heads and telescopes to the southwest portion of the sky about 45 minutes after sunset to see the planets align Dec. 21. However, reportedly sightings can be seen throughout that entire week.

A star-sighting of this magnitude won’t occur again until 2080.

1.  NEW COVID TESTING & NOTIFICATION PROGRAMS

COVID-19 AT-HOME TESTING
LA County launched a new COVID-19 home test collection program earlier this week, which allows certain County residents to do free testing from the comfort of their own homes.

The home test collection program will run from December 1, 2020 through January 15, 2021. It aims to help address the current surge in demand for testing and reduce the spread of COVID-19 during the holiday season when people may risk exposure.

Individuals can have testing kits mailed to their home if they:

  • Have COVID-19 symptoms; or
  • Were recently in close contact with someone who has COVID-19 or is suspected of having it; or
  • Are a senior or person with disabilities who feel they were exposed to COVID-19, but are unable to go to a testing site.

For information on how to register, individuals should go to the county COVID-19 testing website. If they qualify, Fulgent Genetics will ship a collection kit to their home within two days.

To learn more about COVID-19 testing in LA County, visit covid19.lacounty.gov/testing.

CA NOTIFY – COVID NOTIFICATION SYSTEM
In this time of alarming rises in cases and hospitalizations, it is more important than ever that all Californians do their part to stop the surge. Californians can now opt-in to CA Notify to receive COVID-19 notifications informing them if they have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for the virus.

Learn about CA Notify:
http://CANotify.ca.gov

CA notify will alert users if they have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. With that information, they can make responsible decisions around quarantine and testing, which is essential for stopping the surge.

The technology is available through the Google Play store on Android devices or through iOS settings on Apple devices. For more information about CA Notify, visit canotify.ca.gov.

2.  LAPD CRIME REPORT

TEENS STEALING CHRISTMAS LIGHTS
A homeowner living near Dalehurst and Comstock reported that around 1:00 AM on December 3rd, three teenage boys stole all of their outdoor tree lights.  The boys appeared to be about 16-19 and were driving their own car.  It may have been high school or local college students.  Ring Video of the incident can be seen here:

https://neighbors.ring.com/n/wRZ1XaLmNO

The homeowner reported the theft to SSA but does not want to involve the police.  She really just wants an apology and for the lights to be returned.  If you recognize any of the teens or have any other information, please contact HWPOA at hwpoa@aol.com.

3.  COVID UPDATES – MAIL DELIVERY & LOCAL PARKS

Report from Congressman Ted Lieu’s office:

MAIL DELIVERY – COVID has hit the United States Postal Service carriers.  There is a possibility that mail could be delivered every other day until the COVID surge has weakened.  Westwood has not been put on the list of communities that have reduced mail service at this point.  There have been many complaints about mail arriving late and, in some cases, days have been skipped.  Please report any problems you are experiencing to hwpoa@aol.com

WESTWOOD RECREATION CENTER – Councilmember Paul Koretz’s office reported that the trailers and the shelter at Westwood Rec. Center have been dismantled and are in the process of being cleaned up.  You no doubt have noticed many encampments at the park and on Veteran Ave.  At this time, due to the moratorium, tents cannot be removed by the city nor can they be taken down in order to clean the area.

HOLMBY PARK – Holmby Park has different problems.  This park is heavily used during the day and parking is scarce.  Fitness classes and workouts fill the park and the limbs of the trees are being used by trainers using ropes for their clients to hang from.  Signs have been posted to no avail.  We are going to have to be patient until COVID cases have greatly diminished and gyms begin to reopen.

Sandy Brown
HWPOA President

4.  DMV UPDATES

SENIOR DRIVER’S LICENSE RENEWALS
The California Department of Motor Vehicles is now offering Californians who are 70 and older the option to renew their noncommercial driver’s license online. Licenses that expire beginning March 1, 2020, and throughout the COVID-19 emergency are eligible, including REAL ID renewals. A mail-in option will be available in the coming weeks.  Most drivers 69 and younger can also renew at dmv.ca.gov – even if their renewal notice states they must come to an office.

BEHIND-THE-WHEEL DRIVING TESTS
The California DMV is temporarily suspending behind-the-wheel driving tests for at least two weeks beginning December 14. The DMV is taking this step for the health and safety of customers and employees during the current statewide surge in COVID-19 cases.  Customers with scheduled appointments in the next two weeks will be notified their tests are canceled. The DMV will automatically reschedule the tests at a later date.

REAL ID
Californians who do not have an urgent need to go to a DMV field office should delay their visit, including those interested in applying for a REAL ID. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has announced that the REAL ID enforcement date is October 1, 2021, and customers who want a REAL ID will have an opportunity to apply at a later date.

5.  GIVE BACK DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON

Here are a few ways you can help the community this holiday season:

As a result, supporting the Spark of Love Toy Drive has never been quicker, easier, or safer!

If you would like to drop-off new, unwrapped toys or sports equipment at your local fire station, you must make an appointment with them to ensure toy security.

FREE CHANUKAH MENORAH FROM CHABAD

Dear Neighbor,

During these unprecedented times, the message of adding light to our world has never been as relevant as it is today. Chassidic teachings highlight the idea that a tiny bit of light dispels much darkness.

This Chanukah, we invite you to join our “Ambassadors of Light” initiative. Our goal is that every Jew in Westwood should have the opportunity to do the Mitzvah of lighting the Menorah. Kindling these lights will surely add much needed warmth to all of our lives. As a team, this year, our neighborhood will shine brighter than ever!

If you would like a Menorah, which you can use for yourself or pass on to someone who you know may need it, please let us know. We will deliver it to your home, wearing a mask, and keeping socially distant.

You can contact us at Zeldie@chabadwestwood.com.

Wishing you a Happy Chanukah!

Sincerely,
Rabbi Shalom and Zeldie Cunin

1.  COVID UPDATE – SAFER AT HOME ORDER

Effective Monday, November 30 through December 20, Safer at Home Orders have been put into effect that aim to reduce the risk of transmission in several ways:

  • Requesting that individuals remain in their homes and with their immediate households as much as possible and reduce mingling with others not in your household.
  • Requiring that everyone wear a face covering whenever they are engaging in activities outside their homes where they are or can be in contact with others not in their household; this includes at gyms, at parks, at beaches. Unless swimming, please keep your face covering on over your nose and mouth.
  • And reducing capacity at sites where non-household members mingle to avoid crowding.

PLAYGROUND CLOSURES
Effective December 1st, L.A. County Parks is making updates to some amenities, including the closure of outdoor playgrounds. For more detailed information on what amenities are still open and guidelines for visiting amenities, please see below:

2.  HOLIDAY PACKAGE SAFETY

During the holiday season there are more packages being delivered and more thieves who want to take advantage of the ripe pickings sitting near your front door.  Here are some suggestions to avoid being the victim of “Porch Pirates”:

It is never safe to leave packages by your front door. Please have packages delivered with “signature required” or have them delivered to another location (such as a business office) where it can be handed to a person directly.  We also suggest following these simple tips…

DO

  • Check your email alerts to know when packages have arrived and have someone bring them into the house as soon as possible.
  • If no one is around to receive packages, have them delivered to a safer location, like a workplace or a Smart Locker.
  • Check delivery dates to make sure packages don’t arrive when you’re away. If this can’t be avoided, have a friend or neighbor hold them for you.

DON’T

  • Leave packages out all day or overnight.
  • Leave outgoing mail in your mailbox, especially any bills with checks.
  • Thieves are getting more creative and some will arrive at your door with a food delivery bag, leaving with your belongings when they see no one is home. Be on the lookout for suspicious activity.

3.  SAFETY CONCERN – KEEP DOGS ON LEASH

Earlier this week, a homeowner reported that while walking her dog on Dalehurst, she saw a young man or teenager walking a Rottweiler off-leash.  The young man (who was not wearing a mask) was on his phone texting and was not paying attention to his dog.  Fearing for her dog’s safety, the homeowner hid behind a car so the Rottweiler would not see them.

For the safety of your neighbors, children and other dogs, please keep your dog on a leash at all times when you are outside of your home. Even if you believe that your dog is harmless, it is important to follow the law and keep your dog on a leash.  Thank you for your cooperation.

4.  LA COUNTY FOOD DRIVE

No one should go hungry, especially during the holiday season.

L.A. County has launched the #HereForTheHolidays food drive. Teaming with our nonprofit partner the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, we’ve set an ambitious goal of supporting 100,000 vulnerable families through New Year’s Day.

We’re making it easy for people who want to help feed their neighbors in need. With a single click, you can donate goods, time or money to assist households experiencing food insecurity. With COVID rates climbing again, those numbers will swell in coming months.

  • Give food – Donate canned goods
  • Give time – Volunteer at a local pantry
  • Give money – Support relief efforts

5.  LAPD HOLIDAY TOY DRIVE

Beginning this week, the West LA Police Station will begin accepting toys for their Holiday Toy Drive.

Donors are invited to drop off a new and unwrapped toy by scheduling a drop off time at the station (1645 Corinth Ave.) on Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s from 3 pm to 7 pm using the email 37430@lapd.online.

6.  METRO BUS SYSTEM – SERVICE CHANGES

Metro makes service changes every June and December. Service changes for the Metro Bus system go into effect on Sunday, December 13. As we get closer to Dec. 13, use this online tool to check your bus line for any changes.

As part of this round of service changes, we’re also adding trips to our busier lines to help with social distancing.

Happy Thanksgiving from HWPOA

Thanksgiving is the time to be thankful, a time to remember and to embrace those who enrich our lives.  As we all prepare for the most non-traditional Thanksgiving in living memory, the Board of Directors of HWPOA would like you know how thankful we are to have your support and continued membership. We’re grateful for the continued trust you place in us. And while this year has heaped a lot on our plates, it has also reminded us of this holiday’s true significance.

We hope you and your family have a safe and happy Thanksgiving and wish you all the best throughout the holiday season!

Sincerely,
Your HWPOA Board of Directors:
