1.  FREE AT-HOME COVID TESTS

The Biden administration announced Wednesday it will provide hundreds of millions of dollars to help produce new, at-home COVID-19 tests, and restart a website that will allow residents in California to once again order up to four free tests per household.

Beginning September 25, every U.S. household can again place an order to receive four more free COVID-19 rapid tests delivered directly to their home.  Orders can be placed at COVIDTests.gov. The tests will be delivered for free by the U.S. Postal Service.

2.  COYOTE SAFETY REMINDERS

Earlier this week, a resident in a nearby neighborhood reported seeing a coyote in her back yard in broad daylight.  Please keep this in mind and take precautions with children and pets.

Although we have not received any reports of coyote sightings in the Holmby Westwood neighborhood, this is a good reminder to take safety precautions for potential encounters with coyotes.
