A huge thank you to our residents and sponsors!!!

Our 16th annual event was a festive and fantastic 4th of July celebration! See the pics below—it was a ton of fun!  Please send your business to our main sponsors, as they dedicated their time and donated funds and products that ensured our event was a huge success with food and activities for all!

THANK YOU TO OUR SPONSORS:

The work of our talented photographers, Marilyn Stern and Maddie Glenn, was much appreciated in capturing all the quality moments of the event.

The HWPOA volunteers made a great team with the tireless help of Sandy Brown and Dana Glenn.  Thanks to Phil Gabriel, Judy Chasalow, Betty Kabaker and Marilyn Stern!

And last but not least, thank you to

4.  WESTSIDE PAVILION MACY’S – OFFICE PROJECT

Westside Pavilion Macy’s Adapted
Ready for Reuse as Office and Work Space

Developer GPI Companies and architect HLW have announced that the modernization and adaptive reuse of the former Westside Pavilion Macy’s is now complete and ready for its second life as a modern office campus. While most of the facade was replaced with glass, the prominent arches were preserved to reflect the former use of the building.

The project now features an open-air courtyard and many interior lobbies, balconies, and access to natural light.  In addition to all of this, many seismic upgrades to the building and landscaping upgrades to the property were completed. Modernization and adaptive reuse of other portions of the Westside Pavillion are still ongoing.
