What We Do

OUR COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES

  • We mail a weekly newsletter to our members. It includes crime alerts, local events, updates from the city, traffic and other issues.
  • We are a resource for you as a homeowner. We are available to answer your questions and assist with problems you may have. Our Office manager is available by phone and email.
  • Our Green Team has been planting high quality heritage trees on our parkways at no cost to the homeowners.
  • We monitor security concerns in the neighborhood and work with the LAPD and private security companies in the area.
  • Our Earthquake Preparedness committee is working on a plan to assist our neighborhood in the event of a major disaster, such as earthquake or fire.
  • We monitor Metro subway construction as well as provide feedback to the City and disseminate important information.
  • We maintain constant contact with UCLA regarding activities, policies and developments affecting our neighborhood.
  • We organize the 4th of July Parade & Picnic, a free event that is enjoyed by hundreds of neighborhood families with entertainment for all.
  • We support and donate funds to the local fire stations, Warner Avenue School and the Westwood branch of the LA Public Library.

We are your watchdog!
