4.  VA CEMETERY SUPPORT FOUNDATION

The Los Angeles National Cemetery Support Foundation (LANCSF) is reaching out to the Westwood community. The LANCSF’s mission is to support, in every way possible, the events, activities, and needs of the Los Angeles National Cemetery, which is located north of Wilshire between Veteran and Sepulveda. This support is through monetary donations as well as member participation in the activities held within, or on behalf of, the Cemetery. Among the many things the LANCSF does is to organize the Memorial Day ceremonies, including flag-planting by the Boy and Girl Scouts and the fly-bys of WWII planes.

They would welcome your involvement and, of course, donations to help support the VA Cemetery to honor all the men and women who fought for the freedoms we enjoy today. For more info: http://lancsf.org/
