HWPOA’s 4th of July Parade & Picnic

Bring dollars: the picnic will feature a watermelon stand to raise funds for Special Olympics of Southern California (SOSC).

We welcome the SOSC World Game athletes to lead our parade!

Riding in the company’s 1926 Ford Model T is Don Jansen, Store Manager at Ralphs Fresh Fare Westwood, and other talented Members. This Ford Model T is similar to the delivery trucks used by Ralphs more than 75 years ago, and features a Huckster truck body and Ford Planetary transmission. The truck is powered by four cylinders and can reach speeds of 35 miles per hour on the open road.
